US Scientists Have Proven Do This And You Are 55 Percent Less Likely To Get Cancer!

Men who are in good shape are much less likely to develop lung cancer and colon cancer in their late forties, US researchers said.

Their good form also gives a better chance to survive cancer, should they be diagnosed later. Scientists from the University of Vermont told that even a small improvement in physical form may help reduce the risk of cancer.

Their research on 14,000 men aged 46-50 years found that men who are in good physical shape in middle age have a lower risk of lung cancer by 55 percent compared to men who are “not fit” and also 44 percent lower risk of developing colon cancer.

As the researchers say, it is a new approach to these diseases because it has shown that for the development of these cancers is not important only the diet but also other habits, such as smoking.

As a measure of good form they recommend a daily running of minimally 12 minutes or walk a mile (1.6 kilometers). The researchers add that healthy habits and exercise earlier in life certainly has a great impact on the health 20-30 years later.

Unfortunately, research has shown that the risk of testicular cancer is not reduced with more exercise.
