Mainly found in adolescent women, women in menopause or with hormonal imbalance. It is important to avoid long sitting, cigarettes and alcohol, and to exercise with weights.
- Slow metabolism

It is a type of obesity that affects all modern humans that are inactive or spend at least 8 hours in a sitting position. Special training is required to activate the body, at least 3 times a week.
