Problems with varicose veins and venous thrombosis are more common in women than in men, and many suffer from these problems.
Usually the blood clots in the veins occur when enlarged and swollen veins prevent blood flow to the heart. Varicose veins appear due to damaged walls of the veins and venous valves, and generally occur in the ankles and lower leg.
This condition usually appears due to long standing or sitting, some types of injuries, blood diseases, and lack of physical activity, pregnancy or obesity.

Ingredients:
- 1 baby soap
- 1 glass of sheep milk
Preparation:
First, grind the baby soap and add it in the milk. Then rub the affected area with this mixture three times a day. The mixture should be kept in the fridge.
Another alternative is to make compress with a greater amount of the mixture and place it on the affected area. Apply the compress 3 times a day.
