On the shelves of “healthy food” in megamarkets, you can find “everything”, and that “everything” is more unhealthy than healthy. That’s why we remind you that you must be an excellent connoisseur of foods, various types of sugar and sweeteners, as well as various types of fat, so that you can provide yourself with a quality meal.
A few facts about bonjita
Bonjita is a sweet that has been known since ancient times. We can safely say that Bonjita is actually the forerunner of all today’s popular sweets made on the basis of cereals and honey. And as such, as the first and unique, it can freely have the epithet of the healthiest foods, because we know that the more something is perfected, to be sweeter, tastier, more appealing to the eye, it loses its basic quality.
The basic ingredients of each bonjita are various types of grains and seeds, first of all rice, sesame, corniflex and numerous others. Then, for a better taste, honey is added to replace simple sugars, as well as various dark chocolates, but also raisins, cranberries, blueberries and other dried fruits, depending on what one prefers.
Of course, the nutritional value of all these foods that are part of bonzite is generally known. First of all, all of them they are rich in fiber, honey is an extremely medicinal foodand you can do it all together provide enough energy for at least half of the working dayand so on replace one complete meal. Precisely because of that, but also because of myself low caloriebonjita is one of the favorite sweets of people who adhere to a dietary diet.
However, there are also those who are suspicious of any type of these chocolates, that is, healthy biscuits and cookies that smile at us from the shelves above which there is an inscription – healthy food. They believe that if you come across hydrogenated vegetable fat, i.e. oil, i.e. margarine, in the composition of a biscuit or chocolate bar, or a label that guarantees a product without trans fat, it is best to avoid such a thing, because it is certainly unhealthy for your body and can bring you more harm than good.
Furthermore, they believe that you should not believe all those labels “for diabetics” and that the sugars usually found in the composition of such sweets are actually glucose or fructose syrups.
Tips for this purpose go in the direction of avoiding expanded cereals, plant-based milk powders that are full of sugar, replace margarine with butter or coconut oil, sugars with maple syrup or stevia, and simply try to make your own cookies at home, because you never know what is really offered to you in a beautifully packaged package. It is believed that such “healthy foods” that are served to us today have so much sugar and other non-nutritive ingredients that it would be better if you treated yourself to some quality champagne.
